Item doesn't suit? No problem! ***

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

The item should be returned unworn or unused with tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return please contact us at the.esme.edit@outlook.com and we can provide the return address.

We recommend using a recorded delivery method. The Esme Edit does not accept liability for any returned goods that are damaged or lost in the post.

Refunds may take 72 hours from issue.

Cancelling an Order

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders unless we receive notification via email to the.esme.edit@outlook.com as soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to cancel.
